This program will be customized to the needs of the participants. The overview below is an example of how things will run (depending on the needs of the individual participants as well as the group).

This program spans 12 weeks and will include group learning experiences, actionable assignments & checklists as well as up to 5 group video chats and 2- one hour 1:1 video chats with Ash.

Part #1: Introduction + Identifying Needs of Each Individual & of the Group + Setting Goals & Planning

We will kick things off by identifying exactly how Ash can help you as well as how the group will work together. We will have open discussions about our feelings on business and the industry.

Learn about building a strong brand + brand promise and how to integrate that into your marketing

  • Understand the difference between branding & marketing and how they work together + are equally important

  • Identify your brand + marketing voice in order to tap into customer awareness levels

  • Create Brand position

  • Learn about the phases of marketing

Part #3: Market Analysis + Your ideal client

Explore what your market is really like by conducting research + create a marketing strategy

  • Learn about and identify your ideal clients + client personas and the fluid persona theory

  • Identify and quantify the value you bring / the problem your are solving for your clients

  • Use your market research to begin creating a marketing strategy

Part #4: A Marriage Between Online & Offline Marketing

Learn how to use a mix of online + offline marketing in order to get the clients you want

  • Understand the importance of the marketing cycle both on and offline

  • Build networks/relationships + strong communication + language tactics

  • Create a unique strategy + marketing system based on client touch points + relationship building + the marketing cycle
