Payment Plan terms & Conditions

By choosing to participate in the DFP Education Payment Plan

you understand:

1.     you have authorized DFP to debit your bank account or charge your credit card on a recurring basis until the retreat, course, workshop and/or program is paid complete

2. Payments are due in equal installments, payable on a monthly basis recurring monthly from the day the payer checked out each subsequent month; there will be a €25 fee for each dishonored auto-debit/credit transaction. If a payment is received after the due date, a late fee of €75 may be assessed

3. you understand it is your responsibility to inform DFP if your bank account has closed or your credit card or account number has changed.

 4. If I have two consecutive dishonored payments, you may be withdrawn from the DFP Education Payment Plan and access to courses, workshops, programs, materials, etc. may be subject to hold or cancellation without refund until account balance is paid in full.

Additional Terms and Conditions for DFP Education Auto Payment Plan

These Additional Terms and Conditions apply to all Qualifying Students who wish to enroll in any DFP Education Course or Workshop and who choose to pay for their course or workshop using the DFP Payment Plan. These Additional Terms and Conditions are in addition to the General Terms and Conditions and the Website Terms of Use (if you purchase the Applicable Course via the Website) that apply to the sale of any In Person retreat, workshop, course, or program and/or Online retreat, workshop, course, or program.

Please read these Additional Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing an Applicable Course and choosing to pay using the DFP Payment Plan. Please print off or keep a copy of these Additional Terms and Conditions for your records. DFP will not file or otherwise keep a copy of the agreement concluded between you and DFP and a concluded agreement will not be available from DFP at a future time and date.

By enrolling in a DFP Course, workshop, program or retreat and agreeing to pay using the DFP Payment Plan, you are confirming your agreement to be bound by these Additional Terms and Conditions.

If there is any conflict between these Additional Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions and the Website Terms of Use, the conflict shall be resolved according to the following order of priority; (1) the Additional Terms and Conditions; (2) the General Terms and Conditions; and (3) the Website Terms of Use.

1. Definitions

·        1.1. Words and expressions defined in the General Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in these Additional Terms and Conditions except to the extent that they are varied by these Additional Terms and Conditions.

·        1.2. In these Additional Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:

DFP” means Documentary Family Photographers Worldwide Ltd.,
Qualifying Student” means any student who enrolls/registers in a retreat, program, workshop and/or course and qualifies for the DFP Education Payment Plan under Clause 2.2 of these Additional Terms and Conditions.

2. Additional Terms and Conditions

·        2.1 The DFP Payment Plan enables Qualifying Students to pay their retreat, course, workshop, and/or program fees in equal installments, the number of installments dependent on the defined number set forth by DFP and DFP Education and with the first installment being due at the time your order is placed. The initial installment may be a deposit of a differing amount in order to hold your place as a participant of the retreat, course, workshop, and/or program. The remainder of your fees will be due in equal installments, payable on a monthly basis recurring monthly from the day the payer checked out each subsequent month. e.g. if you place your order and pay your first installment on 12th January, your second installment will be deducted/due 12th February and your third and fourth installments will be deducted/due on 12th March and April respectively, unless otherwise specified on the payment plan registration form.

·        2.2 In order to qualify for the DFP Education Payment Plan, you must meet all of the following requirements:

·        2.2.1 you must enroll in a retreat, course, workshop or program which has the payment plan option, such as “No More F*ckin’ Around”

·        2.2.2 All payment plan enrollments must be registered with and approved by the DFP Education enrollment team.

·        2.2.3 you must pay the first installment of the retreat, workshop, course and/or program enrollment fee at the time of placing your order/registering;

·        2.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that the required payments are made in accordance with Clause 2.1 of these Additional Terms and Conditions. Any failure to make payment of an installment in accordance with these Additional Terms and Conditions will be a breach of the terms of the DFP Education Payment Plan and, without prejudice to any other rights it may have, DFP reserves the right to:

·        2.4 - withdraw you from the DFP Payment Plan and any remaining retreat, workshop, course and/or program fees will become immediately due and payable in full; and/or

·        2.4.1 - refuse admittance to you to the applicable retreat, course, workshop and/or program and/or

·        2.5 Where DFP takes action under Clause 2.6 of these Additional Terms and Conditions, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees already paid.

·        2.6 The DFP Education Payment Plan shall not be available in respect to retreats, courses, workshops and/or programs which have already been purchased by you and/or where the applicable retreat, course, workshop and/or program has already commenced.

·        2.7 DFP may withdraw the DFP Education Payment Plan at any time in its sole discretion. Any such withdrawal shall not affect Qualifying Students who have purchased and are participating in an Applicable Courses and using the DFP Education Payment Plan at the date of such withdrawal. The DFP Education Payment Plan shall continue to be available to those Qualifying Students in relation to the Applicable Course Program which they are undertaking.

·        2.8 If you have breached, or, are in breach of any of the General Terms and Conditions and/or these Additional Terms and Conditions, you will cease to be eligible for the DFP Education Payment Plan and any future courses you may enroll in, and DFP reserves the right to withdraw you from the DFP Education Payment Plan and any remaining fees will become immediately due and payable in full.

·        2.9 The DFP Education Payment Plan is offered subject to availability.

·        2.10 DFP may update or amend these Additional Terms and Conditions from time to time to comply with law or to meet its changing business requirements without notice to you. Any updates or amendments will be posted on the Website.

·        2.11 These Additional Terms and Conditions and any other matters arising out of or in relation to these Additional Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
